Volleyball Recap: Savannah Christian Takes a Loss

Savannah Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lakeside Panthers.

Savannah Christian may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 21 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-21.

Among those leading the charge was Zoe Evans, who had ten digs and one assist. Those ten digs gave her a new career-high.

Savannah Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lakeside, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Savannah Christian has already played their next contest (against Greenbrier), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lakeside, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Brunswick on the 16th.
