Baseball Recap: Tecumseh Comes Up Short

Tecumseh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Anderson Titans.

Rocco Williams stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: he went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Jeremy Bennett, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Tecumseh's defeat dropped their record down to 15-13-2. As for Anderson, their victory bumped their record up to 24-11.

Looking ahead, Tecumseh will challenge Woodhaven at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight. As for Anderson, they will face off against Berrien Springs at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
