Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sheridan). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Pine Bluff Zebras a 20-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets haven't had any issues with the Zebras recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Sheridan's win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-2. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Pine Bluff, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Sheridan beat the Zebras by a score of 18-0 later that day.
