Cambridge won the last time they faced Paxton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Trojans came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Cambridge took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-14.

Brooklyn Holtze paced Cambridge's offense, picking up seven kills. Holtze got some help from Mallory Springer and her eight assists. Holtze also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kolbryn Clason, racking up two apiece.

Cambridge's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Paxton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.
