The East Pennsboro Panthers will head out to face off against the Susquehanna Township HANNA at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
Things were looking good for East Pennsboro after they put the first points on the board on Friday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They and West Perry were almost perfectly matched up, but the Panthers suffered a 28-27 loss. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Despite their loss, East Pennsboro saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Elijah Shank, who rushed for 84 yards and one score, and also caught one touchdown, was perhaps the best of all. The Panthers also got a significant boost from Ryan Potts, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 81 yards.
Meanwhile, Susquehanna Township strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Their defense stepped up to hand Middletown a 21-0 shutout. Those 21 points were actually the fewest the HANNA have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.
East Pennsboro better keep an eye on Torin Evans. He was instrumental in Susquehanna Township's win, rushing for 135 yards and one TD while picking up 8.4 yards per carry, and also throwing for 220 yards and one touchdown. Evans' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 109 rushing yards.
Susquehanna Township didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Middletown to a completion percentage of just 20%. The HANNA weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 58.3%.
East Pennsboro's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 4-2. As for Susquehanna Township, their record now sits at 6-0.
Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground. East Pennsboro has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 209.7 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Susquehanna Township struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 212.7 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.
East Pennsboro couldn't quite get it done against Susquehanna Township in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 as they fell 35-28. Can the Panthers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
