Olpe lost to Waverly back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bulldogs.

Olpe never let Waverly on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-18.

Lilly Skalsky paced Olpe's offense, picking up 13 kills. Skalsky got some help from Kayla Steinke and her 15 assists.

Olpe's win bumped their record up to 16-10. As for Waverly, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 15-8-3.

Olpe wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Marais des Cygnes Valley on the 30th. As for Waverly, they will face off against Hartford on Tuesday.
