Volleyball Recap: Bloom Takes a Loss

Bloom lost against Stagg back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Blazing Trojan took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chargers. The Blazing Trojan have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Stagg's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Elaina Yasin led the charge by getting eight digs and two aces.

Bloom's defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Stagg, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-11.

Bloom didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Crete-Monee on the 4th. As for Stagg, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Tinley Park on the 4th.
