Volleyball Game Preview: Holliston Panthers vs. Walpole Timberwolves

Holliston is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Walpole a four-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Holliston Panthers will welcome the Walpole Timberwolves at 4:45 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Holliston came up short against Nipmuc Regional and fell 3-1.

Holliston was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Nipmuc Regional work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 26-24, 17-25, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Walpole lost 3-0 to Natick on Friday.

Holliston's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Walpole, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-11.

Holliston took their victory against Walpole in their previous matchup back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Timberwolves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
