Volleyball Game Preview: Southeast Career Tech Roadrunners vs. Mojave Rattlers

The Southeast Career Tech Roadrunners will face off against the Mojave Rattlers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Southeast Career Tech came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Sierra Vista, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Roadrunners have suffered since February 27th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-11, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Mojave faced Durango in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. Mojave was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Durango. The Rattlers have beaten the Trailblazers the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Trailblazers has come to flipping the script.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-10, 25-17.

Southeast Career Tech's defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Mojave, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Southeast Career Tech couldn't quite get it done against Mojave when the teams last played back in February as they fell 2-0. Can Southeast Career Tech avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
