Volleyball Game Preview: St. John's Prep Eagles vs. Andover Golden Warriors

The St. John's Prep Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Andover Golden Warriors at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. St. John's Prep will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Monday, St. John's Prep got the win against Catholic Memorial by a conclusive 3-0.

Meanwhile, Andover came into Monday's contest having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against Lawrence by a score of 3-1 on Monday.

Andover walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 29-27, 21-25, 25-15, 25-21.

St. John's Prep pushed their record up to 10-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Andover, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

St. John's Prep was able to grind out a solid win over Andover in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, winning 3-1. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Golden Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
