Football Recap: Paragould Takes a Loss

Paragould was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 21-12 to the Wynne Yellowjackets. The Rams were not able to make up for their loss to the Yellowjackets from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Paragould's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Wynne, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5 record.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Paragould will square off against rival Brookland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Wynne is set to challenge their familiar foe Harding Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
