Girard came into Tuesday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They put the hurt on the Salem Quakers with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Indians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Girard not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Salem between 16 and 17 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16, 25-17.

Girard was led to victory by Chloe Plant and Kyra Bell. Plant had four digs and two aces, while Bell had ten digs and one assist. Plant is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last 20 games she's played.

They weren't the only good servers: Girard was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least nine aces in three consecutive matches.
