There's no place like home for Kingstree, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 72-8 victory over the Hemingway Tigers. The Blazers haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Naydia Shaw was a one-woman wrecking crew as she shot 87% from the field to rack up 30 points along with eight steals and six assists. That's the most points she has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Nyla Wallace, who went 5-for-9 en route to 13 points and seven steals.

Kingstree's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2.

Looking ahead, Kingstree will square off against Andrews at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hemingway will be paying especially close attention to the Blazers' game: after the Blazers face off against the Yellowjackets, they'll take on Hemingway again at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday.
