Primero is a perfect 4-0 against Mountain Valley since October of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Wolves at 1:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Mountain Valley is facing Primero at the wrong time: Primero suffered their first home loss of the season on Tuesday and they're likely out for redemption. They fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 3-2. While the Bulldogs didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Patriots 25-20 in the first set.

Primero started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 20-25, 24-26, 25-16, 25-21, 18-16.

Meanwhile, Mountain Valley lost 3-0 to Sargent on Saturday.

Mountain Valley took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-9, 25-12.

Primero's loss dropped their record down to 12-2. As for Mountain Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.

Primero took their win against Mountain Valley when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Wolves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
