Volleyball Recap: Trigg County Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Trigg County took on Livingston Central on Tuesday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 3-2. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-1 loss back in September.

This is the second loss in a row for Trigg County and nudges their season record down to 5-16. As for Livingston Central, they moved to 7-15 with that win, which also ended their nine-match losing streak.

Trigg County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Livingston Central, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Crittenden County on the 21st.
