Basketball Game Preview: Grace Lutheran Royals vs. American Heritage Patriots

The Grace Lutheran Royals will head out to take on the American Heritage Patriots at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Meanwhile, American Heritage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a blow against Rockland, falling 63-2. The contest marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Grace Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for American Heritage, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

Everything came up roses for Grace Lutheran against American Heritage in their previous matchup back in November of 2023, as the team secured a 56-4 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Grace Lutheran since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
