Soccer Recap: Fulshear Takes a Loss

Fulshear fell victim to Lamar and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lamar Texans. While losing is never fun, the Chargers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 253rd, while the Texans are ranked 24th).

Fulshear's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Lamar, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Fulshear didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-2 defeat against Langham Creek on the 11th. As for Lamar, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-1 win against Summer Creek on the 11th.
