Basketball Recap: Milwaukee Marshall Comes Up Short

Milwaukee Marshall lost against Beaver Dam back in November of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Milwaukee Marshall Eagles were dealt an 87-44 defeat at the hands of the Beaver Dam Golden Beavers. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 423rd, while the Golden Beavers are ranked 131st).

Milwaukee Marshall's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Beaver Dam, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-11 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Beaver Dam beat Milwaukee Marshall by a score of 87-44 on Tuesday.
