Mountain Lakes has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will head out to square off against the Mount Olive Marauders at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Last Friday, Mountain Lakes came up short against Vernon and fell 2-0.
Meanwhile, Mount Olive earned a 2-0 victory over Pope John XXIII on Monday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Marauders.
Mount Olive easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-14.

Mountain Lakes' defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Mount Olive, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.
Mountain Lakes was able to grind out a solid win over Mount Olive in their previous meeting back in October of 2023, winning 2-0.
