Football Recap: Lake Belton Turns Things Around After Road Loss + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Lake Belton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They walked away with a 28-21 victory over the Killeen Kangaroos on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Broncos in their matchups with the Kangaroos: they've now won four in a row.

Lake Belton didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Gavin Stewart, Ji'Yson Sherman, and Alexander picked up one apiece. Another thorn in Killeen's side was Gavin Owens, who picked up a sack, forced one fumble, and made ten total tackles.

Lake Belton's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Killeen, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
