Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Davidson Academy). They were the clear victors by a 14-4 margin over the Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions on Friday. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by ten runs or more this season.

Davidson Academy's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Christ Presbyterian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Looking ahead, Davidson Academy will venture away from home to take on Goodpasture Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Goodpasture Christian has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.2 runs per game on average), something Davidson Academy will no doubt try to take advantage of.
