Football Game Preview: Prentice Buccaneers vs. Flambeau Falcons

The Prentice Buccaneers are taking a road trip to challenge the Flambeau Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Prentice has given up an average of 38.2 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Prentice is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They enjoyed a cozy 46-32 victory over Rib Lake last Friday.

Flambeau played against Rib Lake on Friday and won via forfeit.

The win keeps Flambeau at an undefeated 7-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.6 points over those games. As for Prentice, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-3.

Prentice was dealt a bruising 70-40 loss at the hands of Flambeau when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Buccaneers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
