Baseball Recap: King Comes Up Short

King was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 7-2 to the Annapolis Cougars.

King's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Annapolis, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-11.

Looking ahead, King will challenge Academy of the Americas at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Annapolis, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, an 18-3 win against Romulus on the 11th.
