Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Olathe North couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 68-55 to the Derby Panthers on Friday. The Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their 12-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Olathe North still got an impressive performance from Asia Lee, who went 7-for-15 to rack up 28 points. Another player making a difference was Lailah Boyd, who posted four points and nine rebounds.

It was another big night for Macayla Askew, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 16 boards for Derby. Askew is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games she's played. Karlie Demel was another key player, putting up 12 points and six rebounds.
