Basketball Game Preview: Del Norte Tigers vs. Hoehne Farmers

The Del Norte Tigers will square off against the Hoehne Farmers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average, (Del Norte: 29.6, Hoehne: 25.4) so any points scored will be well earned.

On Saturday, Del Norte didn't have too much trouble with South Park as they won 29-11.

Meanwhile, Hoehne waltzed into their game on Friday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They really took it to the Spartans for the full four quarters, racking up a 61-18 win. With the Farmers ahead 45-14 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Del Norte has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.4 points over those games. As for Hoehne, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-2.
