Soccer Game Preview: Gull Lake vs. Wayland + How To Watch

The Gull Lake Blue Devils will head out to square off against the Wayland Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Gull Lake's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Gull Lake and Kalamazoo Central, and Kalamazoo Central kept the tradition alive. The Blue Devils lost 5-1 to the Maroon Giants on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Wayland hasn't lost a match since September 15th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Monday. They and Wyoming finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. While a more conclusive result would've been nice, Wayland got plenty of practice considering the match was the highest-scoring draw the team's played all season.

Gull Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11-2. Wayland's draw gives them a new season record of 10-5-4.
