Coon Rapids is facing Princeton at the wrong time: Princeton suffered their first home loss of the season two weeks ago and they're likely out for redemption. They were outmatched by the Magic and fell 77-46. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 137th, while the Magic are ranked ninth).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Coon Rapids). They enjoyed a cozy 67-51 victory over Washburn on Saturday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Cardinals as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Coon Rapids' victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Princeton, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-4.
