Soccer Recap: South Dearborn Comes Up Short

South Dearborn lost against Batesville back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Knights fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 5-4. Gabby Ward is probably feeling rather frustrated with she team right now: they lost despite she posting three goals.

South Dearborn now has a losing record of 2-3-1. As for Batesville, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Looking ahead, South Dearborn will challenge Madison at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Batesville, they will take on Switzerland County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
