Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ellis). They took down the Victoria Knights 54-39 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Railroaders also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Ellis' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Isabella Eck, who went 6 of 10 on her way to 17 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Addison Kohl was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 15 points and nine boards.

Eck wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Ellis was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Ellis' victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-7. As for Victoria, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ellis has already played their next matchup (against Norton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Victoria has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against LaCrosse.
