Softball Recap: Wolfe County's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Five

Wolfe County came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Hazard Bulldogs / Lady Bulldogs an 8-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Wolves, who have now won six games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Wolfe County's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Hazard, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-5.
