Volleyball Recap: Barbour County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Barbour County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Ariton Purple Cats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Purple Cats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-2, 25-2, 25-10.

Barbour County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Ariton, the win (which was their fourth in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Barbour County will take on Eufaula at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ariton, they will challenge Abbeville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
