Basketball Recap: Tri-County Find Success

Tri-County won the last time they faced Winston and things went their way on Monday too. The Tri-County Mustangs had just enough and edged the Winston Red Birds out 49-46. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Tri-County has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Winston, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-11.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Mercer the next time they take the court. Winston will head out to face Mercer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Tri-County will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
