            Volleyball Recap: Daphne Trojans vs. Arab Knights        
        
		
        
        
            After losing to Arab the last time they met, Daphne decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Trojans came out on top against the Knights by a score of  2-0  on Friday. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Trojans.

 Daphne was led to victory by  Makenzie Valentine and  Grace Thigpen.  Valentine  had 12  digs and two  aces, while  Thigpen  had four  digs and two  aces. That's the most  digs  Valentine has posted since back in September.
 Arab's  defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of  Kayden Gronczniak, who  had nine  digs and two  assists, and  Lela Hipp, who  had six  assists.
Daphne's record now sits at 30-17. As for Arab, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 25-24 record  this season.
 Coincidentally, Daphne and Arab will both be playing Vestavia Hills the next time they take the court. The Knights will head out to face the Rebels at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday, while the Trojans will head out to face them  at 9:00  a.m.  on Saturday.
