There's no place like home for Grundy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 48-11 win over the Patrick Henry Rebels. The Golden Wave have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 24 points or more this season.

Grundy's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 41.8 points. As for Patrick Henry, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grundy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Honaker at 3:00 p.m. on December 30th. One thing working in Honaker's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. Patrick Henry and Richlands will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Patrick Henry is facing Richlands at the right time seeing as Richlands is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
