The Dinuba Emperors will take on the Kingsburg Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Dinuba and Mission Oak have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Friday. The Emperors enjoyed a cozy 28-14 win over the Hawks.

NATHANIEL LOPEZ had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 140 yards. He has become a key player for Dinuba: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least 100 rushing yards, but 1-4 otherwise.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Dinuba was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 215 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 173 rushing yards in nine consecutive contests.
Dinuba didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as MARTIN AGUILAR, DEVIN LESTER, and JAYDON ROJAS picked up one apiece. AGUILAR has been hot, having also posted seven or more total tackles the last five times he's played.
Meanwhile, Kingsburg waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Bears 51-0. The Vikings' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Kingsburg's win came from a few key players Dinuba will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Cooper Holt, who picked up 140 receiving yards and two touchdowns. His longest reception was for an incredible 73 yards. Kade Holt was another key player, throwing for 235 yards and a pair of TDs on only 17 passes.
The victory got Dinuba back to even at 5-5. As for Kingsburg, their record now sits at 7-3.
Dinuba didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Kingsburg in their previous matchup back in September, but they still walked away with a 21-16 win. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Holt, who picked up 156 receiving yards and one score. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will the Emperors still be able to contain Holt? There's only one way to find out.
