Basketball Recap: Bethlehem Academy Comes Up Short

Bethlehem Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Rushford-Peterson Trojans, falling 94-37. The contest marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Bethlehem Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Rushford-Peterson, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Bethlehem Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 75-22 loss against Triton on the 19th. As for Rushford-Peterson, they will venture away from home to square off against Chatfield at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Rushford-Peterson's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
