Volleyball Recap: The Academy Wildcats vs. Denver Christian Thunder
The Academy suffered their biggest loss since October 4th on Tuesday. They came up short against the Denver Christian Thunder, falling 3-0. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Thunder apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

Despite the loss, The Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Megan Duchlinski had 15 digs.
The Academy moved to 14-7 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak. As for Denver Christian, their win bumped their record up to an identical 14-7.
The Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Denver Christian has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Kent Denver on the 30th.
