South Point came tearing into Tuesday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Huss Huskies a 15-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Red Raiders, who have now won six contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

South Point's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Huss, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9.
