Soccer Recap: Standing Bear Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Standing Bear's offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Norris Titans on Tuesday. Standing Bear have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Standing Bear's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Norris, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-5.

Coming up, Standing Bear will host Waverly at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Norris, they will take on Hastings at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Norris will be up against Hastings' rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.11 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
