Soccer Recap: Alonso Wins Going Away Against Hillsborough

Alonso won the last time they faced Hillsborough and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Alonso Ravens were the clear victor by an 8-0 margin over the Hillsborough Terriers. Considering the Ravens have won 12 contests by more than three goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Hillsborough from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Ella Adent led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

The win made it two in a row for Alonso and bumps their season record up to 13-1-2. As for Hillsborough, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-9.

Alonso will take on Newsome at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Newsome is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5 goals per game this season. As for Hillsborough, they will face off against Lennard at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lennard will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Hillsborough surely won't give up without a fight.
