Victory Charter entered their tilt with Riverstone International on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 55-49 W against the Riverstone International Otters. This was a revenge game for the Vipers: when they faced off against the Otters back in December of 2024, they had to take a 60-52 loss.

Cody Luce was his usual excellent self, putting up 16 points in addition to six assists and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Carson Wood, who posted 11 points.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Victory Charter was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Riverstone International only racked up six assists.

Despite the loss, Riverstone International still got an impressive performance from Amer Sangha, who went 5 for 12 on his way to 15 points and five boards. The matchup was Sangha's fifth in a row with at least 15 points. Finn Simon was another key player, posting ten points.

Victory Charter's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-8. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.8 points over those games. As for Riverstone International, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 15-2.

Victory Charter has already played their next game (against Compass Charter), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Riverstone International, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 64-31 victory against Centennial Baptist on the 10th.
