Basketball Recap: Mauldin Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Mauldin lost against Riverside back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Mavericks were outmatched by the Warriors and fell 72-38. The Mavericks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Mauldin still got an impressive performance from Eli Saint-Amour, who posted seven points and seven boards. Saint-Amour has also also been stellar as far as shooting accuracy is concerned: he's posted one of at least 60% every time he's hit the court this season. Another player making a difference was Rod Bunche, who had six points.

Mauldin's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Riverside, their victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Mauldin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 59-44 win against Fountain Inn on the 2nd. Hopefully Riverside paid attention to the Mavericks' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Mavericks at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
