Parrish Community had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Palmetto Ridge Bears 81-60 on Saturday. The win was familiar territory for the Bulls, who have now won 14 games in a row.

Parrish Community's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Evan Roberts led the charge by almost dropping a double-double with 21 points and nine assists. That's the most assists Roberts has posted since back in December of 2025. Another player making a difference was Chris Roberts, who shot 64% from the field to rack up 20 points.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Parrish Community was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. They racked up six more assists than Palmetto Ridge's also-impressive total of 14.

When it comes to explaining why Palmetto Ridge lost, don't look at Evan Adams. Despite the final result, he went 6-for-12 en route to 22 points and six rebounds. Adams is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 46% in the last four games he's played. Ethan Bates was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with ten points and nine boards.

Parrish Community's victory bumped their record up to 25-3. As for Palmetto Ridge, they dropped their record down to 19-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Parrish Community has already played their next matchup, a 61-38 win against East Lake on the 21st. Palmetto Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
