Volleyball Recap: ALA - West Foothills Comes Up Short

ALA - West Foothills's tournament run continued when they took on Estrella Foothills on Friday. The Guardians fell 2-0 to the Wolves.

While ALA - West Foothills was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-22.

Estrella Foothills' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gabby Coronado, who had 11 assists and two aces.

ALA - West Foothills' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Estrella Foothills, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, ALA - West Foothills will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Sabino at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Estrella Foothills, they will face off against Flagstaff at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
