Airport is 2-8 against North Augusta since September of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Yellow Jackets at 6:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Airport lost 3-0 to Gray Collegiate Academy on Tuesday.

North Augusta started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-16, 25-16, 25-14.

North Augusta's loss dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Airport, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
