Basketball Recap: Martensdale-St. Mary's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Martensdale-St. Mary had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 23-point drubbing they dealt Central Decatur on Tuesday. The Martensdale-St. Mary's Blue Devils blew past the Central Decatur Cardinals 47-24. The Blue Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

The win (which was Martensdale-St. Mary's fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points per game. As for Central Decatur, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
