Basketball Recap: Lincoln Find Success

Lincoln proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by 24) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 58-56 victory over the Seattle Academy Cardinals. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Lynx have posted since January 6th.

Hugo Henrikson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 30 points. His evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Lincoln now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Seattle Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Lincoln will face off against Kamiak at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Seattle Academy will take on Cleveland in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Seattle Academy is facing Cleveland at the right time seeing as Cleveland is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
