 John Glenn is 5-0 against Morgan since April of 2021, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Friday. The John Glenn Little Muskies will head out on the road to  take on  the Morgan Raiders at 5:00  p.m. John Glenn is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8  runs per game  this season.
 Morgan is hoping to do  on Friday what Meadowbrook couldn't  on Thursday: put an end to John Glenn's winning streak, which now stands at three games. John Glenn came out on top in a nail-biter against Meadowbrook  and snuck past  5-4.
  Sydney Marshall spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned  (and three unearned) runs on six hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't  pitched less than seven  innings in three consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  Addi Babcock was  excellent,  going 2-for-3 with a  stolen base and two  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Morgan fell victim to Sheridan and their airtight pitching crew  on Thursday. They took  a  5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Generals. Having soared to a lofty 20  runs in the game before, Morgan's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
 Morgan also let their pitcher toss all seven innings and she was also dialed-in:  Malayni Clemens gave up  just two earned  (and three unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up 13 Ks.
 John Glenn is  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last nine matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record  this season. As for Morgan, their loss dropped their record down to 13-3.
 Everything went John Glenn's way against Morgan when the teams last played  back in April of 2023 as John Glenn made off with  a  10-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for John Glenn since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
