Soccer Game Preview: Riverdale vs. Fowler

Riverdale is on a four-game streak of home wins, while Fowler is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Riverdale Cowboys will host the Fowler Redcats at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Riverdale played against Yosemite and won via forfeit.

Fowler is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Parlier just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. The result kept the Redcats happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 7th.

Riverdale's win bumped their record up to 14-5-2. Fowler's draw makes their record 6-8-3 this season.

Riverdale came out on top in a nail-biter against Fowler in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. Does Riverdale have another victory up their sleeve, or will Fowler turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
