Football Recap: North Broward Prep Eagles vs. Pembroke Pines Charter Jaguars
After losing to Pembroke Pines Charter the last time they met, North Broward Prep decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Eagles took down the Jaguars 28-12 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.
A big part of North Broward Prep's win came down to the chemistry between Ralph Diaz and his top target Braxton Bylow. Diaz threw for 86 yards and a pair of TDs while Bylow picked up 64 receiving yards and two scores. Bylow was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 61 yards.
Most of the squad's points came courtesy of special teams, who contributed 16 in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Christian Silverman, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.
